Hey friends, it’s Sarah! I have to start off by saying that I’ve always wanted to do a photoshoot session at Driftwood beach, it’s actually been on my bucket list! So when Joe and Kirstin reached out and were down to have a Jekyll Island Driftwood Beach engagement session, I was so excited! Driftwood Beach has actually been rated one of America’s “Top Ten Most Romantic Beaches”! Obviously, it makes a perfect location for an engagement photoshoot!

Kristin and Joe are seriously the sweetest couple ever. The way they laughed and joked with each other was insanely adorable and they really showcased their personalities in this session which was so fun! They were laughing until they cried and it was so refreshing to be able to capture moments like these! I mean, just look at these two!

Kristin and Joe also weren’t afraid to get into the water and get down and dirty by rolling around in the beach sand and I just loved that! This session was also unforgettable because a storm was basically chasing us! The clouds were dark and you could tell it was rolling in quickly, but we all made the most of it and had SO much fun.

Once we got into our cars to drive away, the rain really started coming down! Talk about perfect timing. Aside from all of the jokes and laughs, you can truly tell their love for each other runs deep and I adored every second with them!
